Our Affiliates Accessing and Correcting Your Information If you would like to request a correction, amendment or deletion of your personal information, please let us know. Within thirty (30) business days from the date of receipt of a written request from you to correct, amend, or delete any Personal Information about you that you believe is incorrect, we will either correct, amend, or delete the portion of the Personal Information in dispute, or notify you about why we do not agree with that the requested change. You may dispute our findings in writing, and we will include your statement whenever we give your disputed information to anyone outside Fortegra Financial Corporation. For Vermont Residents: We will not disclose information about your creditworthiness to our affiliates and will not disclose your personal information, financial information, credit report, or health information to nonaffiliated third parties to market to you, other than as permitted by Vermont law, unless you authorize us to make those disclosures. For Nevada Residents: Fortegra may contact you by telephone to offer financial products and services that we believe may be of interest to you. You have the right to opt-out of these calls by adding your name to our internal do-not-call list. When writing us, you must provide your name, address, account number, and the telephone number you want placed on the list.
